Vacancy: Maintenance Manager - Devoll Hydropower Sh.A. - Albania

The position of Maintenance Manager is responsible to manage and develop the Maintenance Unit to efficiently maintain and assist in the operation of Statkraft’s Power Plants in Albania. The position will be reporting to the Head of Operations.  

Your role: 

Areas of responsibility will include but not limited to:

• High focus on Health, Safety, Security and Environment.

• Share knowledge and work in a team.

• Motivate and lead the maintenance unit.

• Maintenance and supervision of plants in operation.

• Contribute with relevant knowledge on the field in the development of potential new projects in Statkraft.

• Cost efficient management.

• Support and implement procedures for maintenance perspective.

• Liaise with statutory and non-statutory stakeholders and partners.

• Supervise the development of technical specifications and configurations.

• Responsible for risk management and reporting for maintenance department.

• Additional tasks/duties as requested by the line manager

Your profile:

• University degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
• Management experience in similar roles 
• Solid engineering knowledge and experience in working with hydropower and photovoltaic systems and in possession of the required licenses. 
• Understanding of system components and design for hydropower and photovoltaic plants.
• Be a role model for other employees.
• Business minded and strong negotiation, leading, communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to operate/work with power plant management systems (SAP).
• Fluent in Albanian and English is a condition.
• High integrity.
